As we follow the road map of KCD 2, the new expansion pack titled KCD 2 Legacy of Forge DLC. First DLC of KCD 2 was released in 15 May 2025(Brushes with Death). After few month the another extension pack is on our doorstep, The new DLC released date was confirmed on 9/9/2025.This DLC named as Legacy of the Forge, Basically as our Character Henry of sakaltiz was bastard of Sir Radzig kobyala, But raised by Martin the Blacksmith, Henry have blood of noble men but also have abilities of master blacksmith. As he help his father in smithing so in kcd 2 we have the features of smithing . This dlc include a competition similar kuttenberg tournment , but in this Dlc we do not have to fight but to have froge the sword . The Froge which was visible in Trailer in past it was property of Martin (henry StepFather).
As shown in image two additional character with henry . The both are looking as noble maybe crafting something. They may be member of blacksmith council . As showing in trailer the noble was shouting Kurvaa! Maybe he is angry on something . They are crafting some kind of instrument henry will help them and they will ask about henry past as always everyone knows about the Plunder of skaltiz. Then he will told henry about the Competition and advice him to test his skills against other blacksmiths. Thus he also told him about the Forge once his father have when they visit Kuttenberg . The Forge was located near the jews Quaters.
KCD 2 Legacy of Forge CUSTOMIZATION
When henry receive the Forge it is in Bad condition so we have to customize it according to our will there is lot of option for internal and external customization . There is also a Big Quarter for henry and one bathmaid and few servant which serve us in forging . There is a huge competition occur , the winner will elected as Master Blacksmith.The customizing features is similar to previous Game . In KCD 1 we can also build the entire village and customize it according to our will but with Groschens. We don’t have to finish game to start this DLC . After the Escape From Trosky Castle we reached the kuttenberg region then we can visit the DLC Loaction Any time we want.
